WINE, BEER, AND SPIRITS

Course Description

Prerequisite: HTR 110. A comprehensive overview of wine, beer, spirits and craft beverages with an emphasis on history, culture, production, tastings, service and food pairings. Tours and associated events will take place throughout the semester. Students will become Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certified. Offered every spring.
